PARK11 Set to Open in Q1 2026, Welcoming Residents and the Surrounding Community with a Variety of Shops and Leading Brands
PARK11, a lifestyle community mall within the Reignwood Park project, has progressed over 80% in construction, covering the main structure, internal systems, and landscaping. Recently, the management team and engineers inspected the site to confirm readiness for the official opening in the first quarter of 2026.
Mr. Stuart Daly, Chief Operating Officer of Reignwood Holdings, the developer of PARK11, stated that Reignwood Park aims to develop PARK11 into a comprehensive lifestyle hub that caters to both residents of the project and people from the surrounding areas, covering both Pathum Thani and northern Bangkok, allowing them to experience a complete lifestyle with shopping, relaxation, and family activities.
“PARK11 brings together a variety of shops, renowned brands, and leading services to create diversity
and meet the needs of customers of all ages, from popular restaurants and cafes to quality sports shops, pet services, health activities, and many other services. This will help make PARK11 a new destination for both residents and the surrounding community,” Mr. Stuart added.

PARK11 also features a design that emphasizes openness and is surrounded by lush greenery, allowing visitors to feel relaxed and closer to nature, which helps reduce feelings of congestion and enhances the quality of walking or relaxing. It caters to the lifestyles of various generations in one space.
“On a macro level, the construction of PARK11 aligns with the trends in the real estate market and the Thai economy, which prioritize creating spaces for quality of life over purely commercial development. The success of this project will reflect economic, social, and environmental values. Economically, PARK11 will become a spending hub that stimulates the economy in Pathum Thani and northern Bangkok. Socially, it will be a gathering place for families and community members to spend quality time together. Environmentally, the design of Green Infrastructure and open green spaces will promote balance and sustainable living,” Mr. Stuart concluded.
